Shipping Policy
At Shamo's Cases, we're committed to getting your premium phone cases and accessories to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotionsβcheck our homepage for current offers.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
International Delivery Times
- Standard International: 10-30 business days
- Express International: 5-10 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Shamo's Cases is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
Track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or logging into your account.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- DHL (for international orders)
The carrier used for your order depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@shamoscases.com. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
- Contact us at support@shamoscases.com if still missing
We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of confirmed carrier loss, we'll file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at support@shamoscases.com
- Include your order number and photos
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible:
- Before shipping: We can modify or cancel your order at no charge
- After shipping: You'll need to follow our return process once the package arrives
Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
