At Shamo's, we stand behind the quality of our premium phone cases. Every case purchased directly from shamoscases.com includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects when registered within 30 days of purchase.

Definition of "Lifetime"

This warranty covers the reasonable life of the product, defined as 5 years from the date of purchase or until your phone model becomes obsolete, whichever comes first.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Broken or cracked case materials due to manufacturing defects
MagSafe magnet detachment or failure (not weakening from normal use)
Button or port misalignment present from factory
Structural failures under normal use conditions

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or surface marks
Fading, discoloration, or yellowing from UV exposure or aging
Damage from drops, impacts, crushing, or accidents
Lost, stolen, or misplaced items
Intentional damage, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or solvents
Cases used for commercial purposes or resale
Cosmetic imperfections that don't affect functionality
Any damage to your phone itself

Warranty Limitations

One replacement per product: You may replace your case once during the warranty period. The replacement product does not carry a new warranty.
Case replacement only: We will replace the defective case. Refunds are not available under this warranty.
Customer pays shipping: You’re responsible for a small shipping fee related to warranty claims and replacements.
Registration required: Product must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase required: Original order number and purchase date must be provided.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your case has a covered manufacturing defect:

Ensure your product was registered within 30 days of purchase
Email us at support@shamoscases.com with your order number and registration confirmation
Include clear, high-resolution photos showing the defect from multiple angles
Describe when you purchased the case and when the defect appeared
Claims must be filed within 5 years of purchase or before your phone model becomes obsolete

Claim Review Process

We will review your claim within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will send you instructions for returning the defective case (at your expense) if necessary and ship a replacement once we receive the defective item. You are responsible for all shipping costs both ways.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty covers only the phone case itself. Under no circumstances will Shamo's be liable for:

Damage to your phone, screen, or any other device
Repair or replacement costs for your phone
Loss of data, photos, or phone functionality
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind
Any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the case

This warranty is your exclusive remedy. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
