Return Requirements

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
• Return Authorization: All returns require prior approval—please submit the form below first

What We Accept

We accept returns on:

• Phone cases in original, unused condition
• AirPods cases and accessories
• Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping)
• Wrong items shipped (we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item)

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items without original packaging or tags

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
• You'll receive email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:
