Return & Refund Policy

At Shamo's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your phone case, we offer a straightforward 60-day return policy.

60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unused products in original condition with all packaging and tags
  • Defective or damaged items (we cover return shipping)
  • Wrong item received (we cover return shipping)
  • Products that don't fit your phone model as described

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Personalized or custom-designed cases 
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned after 60 days from delivery

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind or fit issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@shamoscases.com with your order number
  2. Include the reason for return and photos if the item is defective
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization within 2-3 business days
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or phone model, contact us at support@shamoscases.com. We'll help you process an exchange. If the new item has a different price, we'll either refund the difference or send a payment request.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shamoscases.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shamoscases.com with photos of the packaging and damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
