Product Warranty

What's Covered

All Shamo's Cases products are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 Year from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Material defects (cracking, peeling, or discoloration under normal use)
  • Structural failures (broken clips, loose fittings, or separation)
  • Print quality issues (fading or peeling within warranty period)
  • MagSafe functionality failures (weak or non-functional magnets)

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
  • Damage from misuse, modification, or improper care
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Damage to your phone or device (our cases provide protection but cannot guarantee against all damage)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us at support@shamoscases.com within 90 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the defect
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund

Return Policy

60-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Return Requirements

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags & Labels: All original tags and protective films must be intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
  • Authorization: All returns require prior approval—submit a request through our Return Center

What We Accept

  • Phone cases in new, unused condition
  • AirPods cases and accessories
  • Defective or damaged items (covered under warranty)
  • Wrong items shipped (we'll cover return shipping)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Items without original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping method—we're not responsible for lost return packages

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days

Exchanges

Need a different design or model? We're happy to help with exchanges:

  1. Submit a return request through our Return Center
  2. Indicate you'd like an exchange and specify the new item
  3. Return your original item using our instructions
  4. We'll ship your replacement once we receive the return

For fastest service, you may also place a new order and return the original item separately.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective:

  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. We'll provide a prepaid return label
  4. Choose a replacement or full refund—your choice
  5. No return shipping cost to you
