I am at the post office where the tracking information says my package is being held at the customer's request. The post office employee says you sent two items with the same tracking number and in order for me to collect it, I will need to pay for delivery of the order which I have already paid in full. This item is a gift I need to present at a birthday party tomorrow. I shouldn't have to pay for the delivery, but even if I wanted to, the item has been taken to another post office building where they are telling me they will calculate the cost of said delivery so it can then be returned to this post office branch where I will be required to return tomorrow in order to pay for the delivery and only then will i be able to pick up the item. This is simply unacceptable! I need you to do something to get me my package delivered to my house ASAP as that was what I paid for already!
I emailed you yesterday. Have not heard anything back. The post office is requiring I pay $8.75 to pick up the item I already paid you for. At this point, I'm gonna pay the fee because I need the item immediately. But according to the post office, there is another item with my package. You tried to send both using the same tracking label. The post office is charging me $8.75... So, you need to refund that amount on my card. I am not going to accept credit at your store either.
I will never forget this absolute train wreck of a transaction, and I am already spreading the word as far and wide as I can about your company’s abject failure to do anything right. Calling you incompetent is such an understatement that I won’t insult morons across the planet by including you in their good company.
I have been completely transparent throughout this entire nightmare. I have not asked for anything more than what I already agreed to purchase from you. Yet, you break your word. Promise customer support within 24 hours, and then ignore my two messages sent through your own website… I tried to refuse delivery of just one of the items, but since they share the same tracking number I couldn’t separate one of them from the other one. Basically, you messed up! Accept it or don’t but I encourage you to enjoy your pathetic excuse for a business while you still can, because there is no way that your company survives the way in which you are running it into the ground like the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs. And very much like the dinosaurs, your company is bound to go extinct from this world. Couldn’t happen to any other group of people who deserve it more.
